Who is responsible for your data

Yidong Zhang is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can get in touch at goodyidong@yahoo.co.uk.

What I collect and why

• Contact form. When you send a message, I collect your name, email address, finance role, preferred next step, and the content of your message — so I can reply and discuss coaching with you.
• Assessment. If you complete the on-site assessment, your answers are processed in your browser to show your result. They are only sent to me if you choose to share them with a message.
• Booking. When you book a call, the scheduling provider collects the details needed to arrange and confirm it, such as your name, email, and chosen time.

Legal basis

I process your data on the basis of your consent when you contact me, and on the basis of taking steps at your request and performing a coaching agreement where one is in place. I do not use your data for advertising and I do not sell it.

Service providers I rely on

• Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to my inbox.
• Cal.com handles call scheduling and confirmations.

These providers process your data only to deliver their service. Each operates under its own privacy terms.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and coaching correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and provide coaching, and no longer than necessary. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
